    We tried to sign up for 60+ for two lines and purchased two phones. The salesperson NASIR was very polite and accommodating. We are both 80 years old and not tech savvy He went out of his way to answer all our questions and we ended up signing up for the two line 60+ plan and purchased two iPhones. He did perform splendid! and gave us all instructions. Only upon getting home we discoverd he did sign us up for two unlimited 55+ lines. The difference was $110 - 60 = $50 per month or $600 a year to our disadvantage! I called and he assured me everything will be corrected in 14 days. I hope so! The conclusion is that the service is excellent but you still have to watch the bottom line. I think it was an honest mistake but $600 a year mistake is not easy to accept and live with. Nasir, please be more careful next time!

    GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Employees knew what they were doing and got me set up with everything I needed during my visit there. Transfer of info from (previous) AT&T was done and verified before I left the store. Very knowledgeable about the devices I got, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely go back to this store for any future needs.

    Abraham was so helpful, took his time and was very knowledgeable! He transferred my storage from.my old phone to new phone. I purchased the tech21 case just to show my gratitude for his help of transferring my plan and making it so stress free and easy for me!

    Scammed me. Two days to "upgrade" my acct. 1st kid had NO CLUE what he was doing. My sister and I were told we were approved for financing for a new phone and a monthly bill acct. I was told my deposit was "already on the way" by the store kid. That I had to come back in 24 hours so T-Mobile can "upgrade" my acct..my sister and I believed the kid. After 2.5 hours there we left. I come back the next day manager Nasif says complete opposite. That I wasn't approved and I had to put 100.00 on the phone (deposit of 110.00 can I have that please?). PLUS pay 20.00 to upgrade AND then pay 2.00 per month for 2 years additionally!! I spent almost 2 hours there trying to make this happen. I got phone. Customer service at this store is horrid. They don't care about you. I went back after numerous calls over a 30 day period waiting for my deposit to be returned to no avail. I WENT BACK to store where Manager mentioned above and I went to to toe bc I was due for my monthly payment and I needed help getting my deposit back from him. We exchanged words and I was furious. The guy had nerve to admit the kid I dealt w originally just gave me a "generic" answer that I was approved for full financing that first visit after I answered ALL the financing questions over phone kid said I was all set..to b told that he blatantly lied to me???!!! My sis and I knew we were in trouble that first day when the kid just stood there in total quiet holding a phone stearing at a phone list. I asked if he was ok he said yea..obviously not..this same location I guess has a location in brass mill mall w horrible reviews too. Folks of Watertown stay away from this location..SCAMMERS TO TAKE UR MONEY. They don't even offer a chair to sit in when ur there for 2 hours???
